Previously, we successfully challenged a ban placed on a group of Pakistani cricketer’s by the Pakistan Cricket Board from playing in the Indian Cricket League in the High Court of Sindh. Our counsel were also extensively involved in the Anti-Doping appeals filed by two leading cricketer’s in 2006. We have also advised the Pakistan Cricket Board on the sale of its broadcasting and sponsorship rights for its tours in the South Asia region.
We regularly represent the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and a vast number of present and former sportsmen, such as Wasim Akram, Moin Khan, Shoaib Malik and Aisam-ul-Haq. We regularly advise PCB regarding the procurement of sponsorship rights, sale of media rights, and Lahore based Partner, Mr. Zaki Rahman, has been instrumental in establishing the hugely successful PSL.
