In recent years, we have advised Al Ghurair Group and Abraaj Capital in connection with the privatization of Pakistan State Oil, a bidder in the privatisation of Pak Arab Fertilizers (Pvt) Limited, the National Development Leasing Corporation Limited in connection with the privatisation of ICP Funds and also AKD Investment Management in the privatization of Pakistan’s largest mutual fund.
