Since the inception of our practice, the firm continues to advise foreign airlines such as Alitalia, Swiss Air, Emirates Airlines, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways and Eva Air on regulatory as well as passenger liability issues. We are regularly instructed by Clyde & Co, a global leading law firm to represent its clients in relation to passenger liability disputes throughout Pakistan. Additionally, the Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan has consistently depended on the firm’s long standing expertise on aviation law and engaged the firm in cases all the way to the Supreme Court of Pakistan. In transactional matters, we have acted for a U.S. based aviation company in the purchase of aircrafts from Pakistan International Airlines, where we advised on the various provisions of the sale-purchase agreements and tax issues pertaining to the export of aircrafts from Pakistan.
