Ali T. Ebrahim

Mr. Ali T. Ebrahim is a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn, and practices as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. He graduated from the University of Durham with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UC Berkeley, School of Law and was conferred a Certificate of Specialization in Business Law.

Mr. Ebrahim has handled complex commercial transactions including advising, structuring and drafting requisite documentation on matters relating to corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate and construction, capital markets and asset acquisitions and dispositions. He also represents international and local clients in the High Courts of Pakistan, District Courts and arbitral tribunals, in a range of civil, commercial, business, regulatory, personal and taxation disputes.

He is known to be a persuasive negotiator yielding positive resolutions and advantageous settlements.
