Mr. Tufail H. Ebrahim holds an LLB degree from S. M. Law College and an MBA degree from the Institute of Business Administration. He is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. Tufail H. Ebrahim brings with him over thirty-five years of experience and is at the forefront of real estate legal practice in the country. He has represented Pakistan’s largest companies and industrialists in relation to the sale and acquisition of property, and construction related issues, and is frequently engaged in property disputes in the High Courts of Pakistan. In addition to being a Senior Partner at Ebrahim Hosain and Senior Advocate of the High Court, he has remained an ad-hoc judge of the Sindh High Court. Tufail H. Ebrahim specializes in real estate and conveyancing, construction disputes, family law, the law of trusts, Islamic law and inheritance matters.
