Shabnam Noorali

Ms. Shabnam Noorali is a graduate of the University of London with an international distinction in Constitutional Law, and a Barrister at Law. She is also a Gold Medalist MBA from Institute of Business Administration.

During her career, Shabnam Noorali has developed considerable expertise in company law, corporate and commercial law, foreign exchange transactions, domestic and international arbitrations, project documentation, aviation, property, and family laws. She has recently advised Aga Khan Foundation in relation to the construction of the Bamyan Hospital Project in Afghanistan and Tourism Promotion Services for the expansion of Serena Hotels at Islamabad and Faisalabad. She also undertook extensive project documentation for a UAE-based construction conglomerate in relation to construction of a shopping mall complex as well as advised and drafted legal documentation for National Industrial Parks in relation to setting up of an industrial park in Pakistan. She has assisted senior counsels in arbitration proceedings before the ICC International Court of Arbitration as well as in litigation pertaining to recognition and enforcement of foreign awards before the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Shabnam has also co-authored the Pakistan chapter on the Comparative Legal Guide to International Arbitrations, published by the Global Legal Group, London, UK. Until recently she also devoted time as a lecturer at the SZABIST School of Law. She has been recognized in the Legal 500 for her work in relation to corporate matters and dispute resolution.
